Well. just tried again with live chat on EA, and they checked and awarded my Commendation pack, just figured anyone might be interested, try out for yourselves to see if you are lucky, since the first time i tried live support they directed me here

Yep, just got my comm pack through live chat too.
Problem is, I had to do this on the last two times as well. I wonder if they'll ever award it to me normally, or I'll have to contact support every single time.

...and to add insult to injury, I got an Eagle II.

Still no Pack. 9 hours ago got email "We aware of the problem ... and working on it". So how long I supose to wait?!

@luchozoca: i followed your advice and logged in to live chat at ea. luckily i didn't have to wait! after a very short chat, they fixed things and I finally got my commendation pack...got a valiant too

I hope things get hashed out. It seems like there are always issues getting packs granted properly.

This time around, I didn't have my commendation pack by the time a post went up saying they were all granted. I went and submitted an e-mail support ticket as I was doing other things at the time, and got a reply a while laying saying the pack had been granted. Upon checking, I instead found a "gift pack" which contained credits. So I sat through the queue in getting to someone in live chat who granted the commendation pack without issue - took a bit in getting to talk to them, but the solution was quick once there.

And for all that, I end up with a Crusader 1 that I probably won't use. But at least I did get my pack and live chat seems to be the best way to get it if you didn't.

I still haven't received my comm pack.... And I can't connect via live chat nor on their web site neither in origin (i simply don't have such an option in Origin).... This is kinda sad, cause all my friends received their packs...

To contact Live Chat select USA as your country. For some reason Live Chat seems unavailable for UK and other countries.

Got my commendation pack, whole lota nothin, bunch of consumables I already had, and a Crusader II upgrade, which is funny seeing as I rarely use shotguns.....fml.....LOL!

Never got the victory pack though....posted that one in the support thread.

I haven't received my Commendation pack so I tried to contact support, but when I try to log in I get "Sorry, this service is temporary unavailable." since yesterday, so I don't know what more I can do...

I contacted support yesterday and told them about my lack of Commendation Pack and they sent me an email saying they manually added it to my account. I went to the Multiplayer store and It was available. I got the Valiant 1. BOOYAH!

Aren't we supposed to get 2 packs? 1 for the Phantoms and 1 for the 'Gold extraction'?

Got a Hurricane I, my Turian Soldier is a happy camper.
Also anyone know how many phantoms we actually killed? I may have missed the kill count while reading Hackett's message.

Yes, a victory pack and a commendation pack. Victory pack is just consumables though. It's the commendation pack that gets you an N7 weapon, that's the one everyone cares about.

Just checking because the 'Raptor' pack was mentioned in the DLC/Entitlement list and the 'Excorsist pack' isn't mentioned anywhere.

I did receive the 'Victory pack' which was named 'Commendation pack' (only contained crap) in the store, so i contacted EA support and got another commendation pack but this was actually had a gun in it (crappy shotgun).
