Most members will know about the store purchasing glitch, where it says that "one or more of your purchases has failed" and still takes your money. It's happened to me seven times now, so i was just wondering if anybody has heard any updates on it? I always ask customer support about it when it happens to me and address the fact that they are actually holding my real money, and in a sense stealing it because of a glitch in their game. (They could say borrowing, but since it's unwillingly being taken from me... yeah...)
anyways, that's beside the point. Whenever I address customer support about this and ask them to add more points onto my account, they simply start up with their "thank you for contacting ea can I help you with anything else today?" thing or just ignore me completely.
Has anyone else gotten anything out of them? Any updates/estimates? If any Bioware imployees happen to see this- do you have any ideas? Can you give us some kind of an update? I mean, it's been happening for a month and a half, we're all waiting here. Come on, give us something~
Store glitch update?

Last time they announced anything, it was over a month ago saying "Hello, we are watching this".
I'm guessing that what they meant was "Hello rodents trapped the skinner box, we are watching you as you hopelesly attempt to redeem the prizes you thought you were entitled to. Oh and thanks for the money."
If, and only if, they fix what ever is causing the store problem, dont expect it to go unannounced.

They should give us something extra because of holding our money and items that we earned.

As is obvious by now, Bioware isn't into supporting their games, ME1 and ME2 also had some pretty awful bugs/issues/flaws and those games only got 2-4 minor patches, Bioware isn't communicating at all with us about possibly fixing the issues in this game so i highly doubt it's on their to-do list and if it is it's still quite shamefull it's taken this long, this could have been fixed in the first week.

In the real world, it's called fraud. Sure, the store isn't "intentionally" ripping us off, but it's still fraud. It's fraud because Bioware is fully capable of providing a refund, but refuses to do so even after acknowledging the error - at which point it becomes intentional. Ergo, fraud.

It shows the state of the industry doesn't it, now it's perfectly okay to release your unfinished games and patch them months later or not at all.

somebody should sue them.... *guesses they have some policy or something when you install the game or purchase points to avoid that* xD just saying. there's got to be something about this sueable over. I mean, come on, it's the equivalent of them stealing our money. Frankly, I hate them for it. I've dealt with all of their other crap over the years, even playing through me2 with incredible lag and mess-ups in targeting because of a glitch in their game, not my computer settings. This is just ridiculous, I just want my friggen money back.
