Ok wow, you guys didn't read my first post, and I didn't read yours. I was saying the CLAYMORE with armor penetration.
It was an argument AGAINST the GPS

GPS doesn't allow headshots at all.
You can get head shot on geth primes with a little luck if you are above them and you can aim at the giant orange bubble on an atlas not sure if you get more damage like with a normal gun but its fun to try.

Really, in my post the last gun I mentioned was the claymore, thus everything following without chaning gun names would be about that(basic english guys honestly), and then I didn't fully read the reply to my post.
So yes I am busted, but really, so are you guys for not reading mine and seeing that I clearly state the claymore is way better

The GPS might be the 'best' weapon in the game. It is easy to use, has autoaim, ignores Guardian shields and can be charged or not charged, lastly it has a nice stagger effect. I have begn to wonder if people who use it are not being deceived into believing that the class they are playing is very good or in reality the GPS is very good. Simply stated the GPS makes ANY class viable, thus removing the challenge of developing class specific skills in order to improve and better said class. People then have a distorted and inaccurate perception of the classes. I call this the GPS deception.

Again you misread my post... It was me who was busted for somehow missing the fact your posts were about the claymore even if they were in a GPS thread ...
Like many have said, there are a few possible reasons why.mrcanada wrote...
I've killed many a Guardian through their shield with the GPS, it happens, deal with it.

Killing Guardian through there shield by using GPS....
1. GPS can't pinpoint specific point.
2. GPS can't penetrate shield.
3. GPS actually kill guardian with shield.
Yes,all of 3 is right.
It is just matter of luck. If GPS's 3 bullet hit small tiny window, these pool guardian will die due to massive GPS' damage with HS bonus.
And we know 'GPS tracking system can't control' ....yes, it is just luck,

GPS does not ignore Guardian shields. It DOES, however, ignore ARMOUR, and the shield gate.
It only ignores shield gate if it destroys the shield. And on that note, technically most shotguns CAN ignore the shield gate with pelletsjanuary42 wrote...

It actually doesn't ignore sheild gate. But having 3 pellets pretty much takes care of it, as 2 of them will get through.
I wouldn't call it the best weapon in the game, but it is a good general purpose weapon.

The three pellets that the GPS fires are quite wide spread. So when u fire at a Guardian's shield, very often u'll hit the guy in the face through the letterbox with a partial pellet. Then he staggers a bit. U can also aim for the feet. Which makes his shield pointless.
