I just had to uninstall Mass Effect 3 yet again due to it just not working. Getting seriously tired of this now. But before I did I just started playing multiplayer. Got to level 20 with my Human Male soldier class dude and got the Galaxy of War up to 97%. Will all this information be saved? Or have I lost it? I made a copy of my single player saves before I uninstalled. Will that save multiplayer too? Waiting for the disks to install now.
So yea can anyone help me on this please?
Do I keep my multiplayer progress?

All Multiplayer progress is saved serversided to your account. Don't worry.

As a side note, achievements are not server side. (Verified by backing up and moving saved games to my external hard drive upon indoctrination at ending of game. Started multiplayer and bought a pack; gun upgrade achievement had been reset to 1/10. Later verification included getting the 50 kills achievement.)
