For me it's the story (it always is in RPGs) and the fact that you have 6 different starting points to choose from! So many games have promised such a thing in the past and have failed to deliver. We all know what it's like when you're coming to your 5th or 6th game and you're still have to trudge thru that same sewer for an hour to even start the game! It ruins the replayablity of a game but here you have 6 stories to see fresh and then after that you can mix it up to keep the replayablity much much fresher than it would in any normal game.
What are you looking forward to the most in DA?

The most? Interacting with my companions. Followed up closely by story, and seeing how much who my character is/was and her decisions influence how things turn out.

Story, graphics, choice/consequences, etc.
But most of all TOOLSET. I'm excited to see what the community can do with it.

'The Unexpected'. I'm serious, I want the game to surprise me. Big epic surprising discoveries are the most fun

Agreed! Interacting with companions was among my favorite things in BG. Especially when they'd talk to each other! Like when Edwin told Minsc about the rat in HIS trousers hahahaha

Everything of course but most importantly, the story. Bioware makes the best.

Same here as well... it'll be very interesting to see how everything winds up in the ending.

RPing my Dalish with all my companions, specifically with the romanceable lady (or ladies, though unlikely).
Then the overall storyline and seeing how much of an influence i can have in this land of humans.

Bioware's very good at this sort of thing. The stories from BG wasn't all sunshine and light as weren't JE or ME. I reckon it's gonna be good but what i'm curious to see about the end is if it's gonna be a proper end or a knowing lead onto the next game?

Interesting narrative that responds to the choices my PC makes.
Well-written companion interaction.
Engaging tactical combat.
Not in any particular order, mind you.
