For me its a choice between Shock wave and Adrenaline but I think I will have to vote for Adrenaline to be the worst due to as far as I know Shock wave can still detonate biotic explosions and do some damage with some help from a biotic teammate.
I just can't use it for a strange reason I just find it impossible to use well it's a personal bias against it i'll admit but then everyone's choice is going to involve personal bias.

My problem with it was the Blast Radius. Now the potential Prox Mine radius is 4.5 istead of 3. That is 3 more meters in diameter.marshalleck wrote...

You do realise that from properly specced cryo blast you get 25% more dmg to everything and 25% armor weakness, and from proxy mine you just get 20% more dmg? Cryo blast also slows targets and freezes mobs that are left with health only.
He probably prefers proximity mine because it does direct damage in aoe at that. Now 20% plus that makes it amazing.
Yeah problem is that proxy mine cant even kill a husk on gold, and cryo blast allows you much greater cc, and lets u escape from sticky situations and revive teammates safely without having to kill everything in sight.
Err...Proximity Mine can't kill a Husk on Gold? Are you being serious?
Haha what i meant is that its dmg is not that usefull. Fully upgraded for dmg it deals what around 1000 - 1200? husks on gold have 950 health. It can kill a husk, but wont really help you much against bigger stuff.

On my Turian Soldier is does 800 damage with both damage upgrades.
Though I don't have the +power damage from the passive, which would boost it to around 1k.
So yeah, it kills a husk, but not really anything else. It is useful for being able to stagger some stuff as well as applying the 20% debuff, though.

Biotic Charge can be very useful not as a killer, but as a savior. It restores barriers and lets go cross map to revive someone. And it can get you out of sticky situations.MetalHeadDev wrote...

Its my opinion and my playstyle doesn't work well with biotic charge. I don't like it, I don't find it useful, and all the other characters I've played at least have something for them -- biotic charge is pretty terrible.

Cryo is beautiful on human infiltrators because of the massive debuff against enemies, especially armor. It's best paired with a shotgun, particularly the claymore. You then have a combo that's set to receive +25% damage, plus the additional 8-25 per pellet from armor weakening (that's an extra 200 per shotgun shot on gold). And since shotguns ignore shield gating...yeah. I have one-shotted cryo'd pyros with a claymore on gold.haisho wrote...
The problem with Cryo Blast is that it's stuck on classes that have arguably better powers, or have powers that do not synergize well with it.
Quarian Engineers have a toss up between Incinerate, Cryo and Sentry.
Human Infiltrators have Sticky Grenades that dole out sheer damage without requiring 6 points invested into an upgrade that won't break Tactical Cloak.
Cryo's pretty nice on the quarian engineer because she's the only class that can make cryo explosions herself. Cryo + shoot in head is also a good 1-power move for her, again because of the debuff.

I'll defend pull, simply because a 1.2 second cooldown power has its virtues, and pull can be really great on a drell adept wired for biotic explosions. If you take pull past 3 ranks, you have to take it to 6, because then you can have a Rank 6/Rank 6 practically instant combo with reave, also including a +50% damage/force upgrade. I know everyone says "blah blah health only enemies are chumps," and they are, but area pull/reave is the best bomb-maker in the game when you have grunts near harder targets. It's not an elite power, but I'd put it above lift grenade, shockwave, and probably singularity, even with the new buffs.
Kinda funny how some of the unquestioned best powers in the game--warp, throw, reave--are biotics, while most of the other perceived worst powers are also biotics.
