Why do you want a buff for such a useful power?

I don't say it's useless. I say it should be buffed.

Tech burst dmg was buffed and it's so damn easy to set, but Cryo Explosion wasn't. It's no excuse "because it can freeze" since it can freeze only unshielded enemies.

And for Cryo Blast - why can't it freeze Phantom w/o barrier ? It's not armored unit is it? Every other CC power (sing., stasis...) can immobilize it, so why not Cryo?

I mean, I can't see anyone who actually knows the game actually thinking Proximity Mine was weak, and they just gave it a very nice buff.  What's up with that?

proximity mine sucked still sucks and will always suck. Concussive shot is way better
