woah that would be pretty cool. I could see that being a heavy weapon. Like for every shot you take the kinetic force is absorbed through your armor and is contained in a heavy weapon. Once enough kinetic force is harnessed, you could release the stored kinetic force through the heavy weapon resulting in a huge blast that would be equivalent to being hit head on by a train.MizterBizkits wrote...
Hate Gun. The more damage you take, the more hate you feel, and BAM! Release it in a shot. Resets after that. Could be a good light sniper as backup for squishy classes that get charged.

For changes to current weapons I would make the arc pistol charged shot an area stun that way its closest to working like a scaled down arc projector (like it was meant to) instead of a stupidly heavy predator in normal fire mode, and whose charged shots are worse in every way to a carnifex.

When I first checked out the stats on the arc projector I got really exited, but when I actually used it I was so disappointed lol. I'd rather use the carnifex or the phalanx... wish I could use both at the same time...Jog0907 wrote...

It was designed as both a rapid pistol and a heavy hiting pistol in the same gun, its just that as a rapid fire it perfoms as an insanely heavy predator (which is bad), and as a heavy hitter the charge is too slow and does too little when compared to a carnifex (while still being heavier than one, which is also really bad), even versatility doesnt help since charged shots are useless so you're better off using rapid fire for which as I said before its nothing more that an obese predator.

I've tried the hornet and I guess it's ok, but the light weight qualities of the shuriken would make it an excellent weapon, given it is modified in the ways I previously mentioned. One of the things that bothers me about the hornet is that it is covered with Cerberus markings. It's just weird to me using my enemies weapon. I know, that sounds childish lolJog0907 wrote...

meh one of my sentinel loadouts is eviscerator, hornet (UL mat) and raptor (enh scope) (all cerberus weapons) I use it as an anti cerberus loadout, that it uses cerberus weapons is a bonus, fight the enemy with his own gear and all that.
Its not my fault cerberus makes good guns =P
by the way I would add bleed damage to the evi shots, so it fits the name better, plus some dots to finish the enemies that are left with a bit of life, still different enough to the graal due to pellets vs spikes so its IMO a good change.

That's a very interesting idea. I definitely would have enjoyed using the cooldown on my Asari vanguard in mp.level4paperboy wrote...
Personally, I'd add an alternative item to go into the weapon slot, that acts as an extension of your pc's Tech or Biotic powers. It would classify under weapons, but it would sort of be like another piece of gear that either reduces cooldowns, extends durations, and or increases the power of your Tech or Biotic abilities.
Example:
Name: Focusing Sphere
Effect 1: Increase Biotic damage by 25%
Effect 2: Increase Biotic duration by 20%
Ability (left click): Reduce your cooldowns by 20% (5s cooldown)
