Haven't seen any on Youtube yet. I hardly play and I have a Scorpion VI, so surely someone has one maxed? Have you ever seen someone with a maxed ultrarare in-game?

ive seen a few people maxed.
*shrug* there's certainly been enough time for people to get an X legitimately, depending on luck.

or of course they could have just bought it or cheated/bug abused.

ya to have an ultra rare maxed already is almost unrealistic. most have really good luck. or as others stated spent money/cheated.

I have enough ultra rares that if I happened to get them all of the same weapon, one would be maxed, and I didn't even buy all that many packs in the grand scheme of things. So it's certainly plausible to have at least one weapon maxed to 10, and maybe a second. More than that, and someone's either cheating, bought a lot of packs with money, or just plays or farms constantly.

It has nothing to do with playtime and everything to do with luck, that's where the frustration is coming from. Trust me.

I don't really know which weapons are considered 'Ultra Rare' .

I see mention of the Talon and Wraith but also Black Widow..

I have a Talon III (Tried a few times didn't like it)
Wraith III (Never tried)
No Black Widow, obvious.
N7-Valliant I (Awesome weapon enjoy it every time i use it.)

The only weapons i've got at X are the M8 Avenger/Katana/M3-Predator, basicly starting weapons.

I did notice a 'small increase in luck' when buying Veteran Packs, got me a few upgrades for my favorite M96-Mattock and Phalanx which are at VI and VII now. M6-Carniflex still at I

I have seen a Black Widow X a few times. I only have "Wraith I" and "N7 Eagle I" and they both suck. So, I don't care much about the rare guns. But unfortunately it seems that a Black Widow X doesn't replace a players brains.

I use Phalanx X and Mattoc IX most of the time.

Mmmm, Black Widow... It's been joy, rainbows and candy since the moment I unlocked that beast (Infiltrator here). I don't care about the other weapons, some I never use, others I don't like (Javelin).

Black Widow? That one is worth every 60k creds that popped an upgrade for it.
I managed to get the half of those to X thanks to Resurgence Pack. I saved almost 5mils waiting for the pack to go online and spent about an hour clicking in the Store and grinning like an idiot every time I got something good out of a Spectre Pack.

I had a guy with a saber 10 the other day. He used it on a lvl 1 adept and blew away everybody else on the scoreboard, made me cry a little inside.
