A month ago I purchased the Dragon Age 2
DLC Mark of the Assassin from this site. During the purchasing process, somehow
the DLC was purchased twice. So instead of spending 800 BW points, I spent 1600
BW points. I sent two emails to Bioware in regards to this and still haven’t received
acknowledgment about this.
Is there anything I can do to get a refund, or to
contact Bioware so they will actually reply?
Again I sent them these emails a month ago.
DLC purchased Twice!?!?!
