Looked at the survey and I find that I cannot really answer the questions because they are primarily focused on modifying the current ending and game mechanics. It is somewhat like asking "have you stopped beating your wife, answer yes or no" - the questions make assumptions that are not true for me.

For me, the problems with ME3 started at the opening of the game - the simple fact that ME3 had a singular plot that railroaded one into a singular ending. ME3 needed to have multiple, distinct plot lines with prior decisions/actions (rachni, genophage cure, heretic geth, etc) determining which plot lines were open. Those plot lines should then lead to multiple, distinct conclusions with ones accumulated paragon/renegade score (including the scores from the imported games) determining the 'flavor' of the final conclusion.

Unfortunately I cannot express that in this survey.

Thank you for your work, and I did your questionnaire . However I don't think it will matter . They don't care about us at all . I my job I care about everyone who walks in the door. However these people only care about our money.
