Unable to login to the BioWare store

According to the message log, all users of the former BioWare store have to reset their password to login. I've received the password reset email, but I keep on getting the error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function setCustomerId() on a non-object.

Has this occured to anyone else?

I haven't even received a password reset email. Can't access it at all, and need to check my order status!

Same here, no received password reset email either. I have a replacement litho coming and I want to see the status. I hope they fix this because I really like the new store layout.

Same problems with email here. Tried to reset password several times and no emails at all.
I think their account database is corrupt somehow. Or they were too fast in relocating servers and their database is not configured properly.

They've been relocating their servers: might be something to do with that...

Yeah well we have to reset our passwords because of the relocation, so I just thought it would be ok by now... oh well, I'll keep trying the link every now and again anyway.

Aha! There is an update on the login page:

Update: It seems the Forgot Password functionality is having some trouble. This is being actively worked on, and we apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. When you do finally get logged in, you may notice that your orders aren't there yet. They're being imported, but it's a slow process so they might not be available right away. We haven't lost any orders; they just haven't made it into the new system yet. We appreciate your patience as we work through these kinks.

I have tried a couple times since yesterday to get the password reset email sent...still haven't received one. Guess I will just do guest checkout on Friday if this doesn't work by then.

My password reset email came and I was able to reset my password just now. Hopefully starts working for everyone else.

Our orders still aren't showing up, though. I hope that gets fixed this weekend, because I need to check to see if my console vault is shipping out *finally* after the whole shipwreck ordeal.

If you need to check your orders you could try to log-in at the (old) Visceral Store (it works for me), but i can't guarantee that everything is up to date.

BTW I still haven't received an e-mail to reset my password.

Still nothing. No password reset email and I have tried to get in a few times. The lithos are on sale tomorrow and I'm worried this account bug won't be fixed by then.

Same here. No emails at all and I try sending them every day.. Maybe I should stop doing it lol.
It seems that this time I have to make a guest checkout..oh well.

I can't get in either. I was seriously re-thinking getting the new lithos, but I can't get in. I haven't even gotten the email to reset my password.

Have you checked spam folders for the reset password mail? The change to the new server may have caused that to happen.

Indeed, the store is facing a few issues right now to say the least. (I'm still waiting on my password too!). The team at Treehouse (the operators of the bioware store) are working on this as a priority. I'll update this thread when I know more.
