When I start other Campains my Character looses there gear excepet for there gloves. How can I get there gear to transfer with them.

Depends on the DLC. Some armor/weapons do not transfer to "Other Campaigns". You can check the specific item descriptions at the Dragon Age wiki.

Yeah, that armor does not import into Awakening or any of the other DLC.
