Yeah uh, don't want to bring in spoilers but the skin on the desire demon is probably one of the least "adult" things in the game.
I know that, but the thought of 'nudity' already falls under 'mature' in the minds of the most people. Don't question, just wonder

It depends what your motivation is in wanting to remove them. If its to remove 'adult' content so that, say, a slightly younger player could enjoy the game without you feeling concerned about what they're experiencing, then there are two larger hurdles in the way.
Without descending into spoilers, these are:
1) Occasional interactions (both visual and spoken) between the player character and others can take an 'adult' twist at time, even if the nudity shown remains semi-nude throughout. These situations aren't difficult to stumble into, and would represent a huge challenge to mod out as they form part of the dialogue and audio of the game campaign, which isn't easily moddable with the toolset.
2) Some of the NPC backgrounds and the choices offered to the player can be quite emotionally disturbing. The world of Dragon Age is pretty dark and, at times, sacrificial. Children are certainly not immune to being on the receiving end of a dagger, nobles exercise their 'rights' over male and female servants irrespective of the servants' view of this and...yeah. As pointed out, nudity is probably one of the least 'troubling' facets of the game. Again, this would be wretchedly difficult to mod out in the first place, and would require detailed prior knowledge of what you're looking for.
Dragon Age is a freaking excellent game in terms of its atmosphere and realism, but its rated 17+ for a reason.

Seriously, if someone has issues with partial nudity, they need to read that little square on the back of each gamebox that explains in summary why it got the rating it did.Matthew Young CT wrote...

There are many moral (and gory) issues that matter a hell of a lot more and that make the game a mature one. And we're all glad about that!

Not to mention the desire demons aren't nude at all. They have stuff around they're waists and tassles to cover the nipples. So yeah... desire demons are already not nude.rikkles wrote...
The point, rear end, is that you probably won't find anyone bothering dressing up the desire demon because no one cares about it being one of the more shocking aspects of the game.

Nothing in this games rates R18+ IMO.
P.S. Fallout 3 got knocked back for drug use not for blowing peoples heads off at close range.
A little off topic so excuse my rant.

Anyway, I don't mind the depiction. I like it, in fact. But I did mind my young son seeing it. I don't blame Bioware for not having the option, but having the option provides a feature that some may find useful.
Just because there's a wave of anti-prudism amongst the forum fauna doesn't mean the option should require community justification. It's just a request - and Bioware can weigh it for possible inclusion on their to-do list.
So, just out curiosity, why not let the request stand as posted?

You're right. Me and my girlfriend had AMAZING sex in our underwear last night.
