Bring Kaidan along with you to Samara's mission...once the second cutscene with her ends (where she levitates down to the main floor) Shepard and Kaidan remark how neither of them can do what she did because they aren't powerful enough

Obviously you need to play a biotic class to hear that bit of banter.

But there'd be too many variables for the story.

2. Never is regarded as a biotic by any character (except 1 minor exception ME1)

And another one in ME3 (Liara's Project). But I agree, soldier class is pretty much forced anywhere outside of direct gameplay.
Understandable, though. Costs a lot of money and time to have Shep react according to the chosen class in a lot of cut scenes and dialog. A tad annoying but I can live with it.

Also treynor says that shepard may have been at grissom academy if he/she were a few years younger after you do the mission for it.

1. Doesn't know about L2's or life as a biotic in general
2. Never is regarded as a biotic by any character (except 1 minor exception ME1)
3. Never uses powers in cutscenes when it would make sense.
4. Can use powers in gameplay and that makes no sense. Like dumb chase scenes in ME3 when you have Charge. Or Stasis.

1. And who else does exactly? Other then Kaidan's back story, which is a means to tell the player more about the back story of biotics, no one else talks about being biotic either.

2. Kaidan refers to Shepard as a biotic briefly in ME1.  No one ever refers to Shepard as a tech class, or soldier either.

3. No tech based Shepard uses tech powers in cut scenes either.

4. Your statement makes zero sense.

1. Appareatly everyone does. Dr. Chakwas and it's all over the news broadcasts. Jack has a story, Miranda has a story.
2. Tech powers like hacking or whatever are used constantly - so it makes sense
3. Uses omnitool all the time. Makes sense for tech classes,.
4. If I have charge - no one should be able to escape me. EVER. I can charge trough walls, so no doors closing in my face will stop me eaither.

Jack has a story because she's the most powerful human biotic recorded - its woven into her character synopsis. It'd be pretty difficult to explain Jack's character without talking about biotics.

Miranda's story barely has a footnote on biotics. She - like Shepard - is not defined by them and just happens to be one. The story doesn't make a big thing about them for her as they aren't as important to her backstory - the same goes for Thane, Wrex, Jacob and anyone else who's whole character concept doesn't revolve around biotics.

Being a biotic in the ME universe is not something so rare that every single sentence uttered must be crammed with references to it.

2. Tech powers like hacking or whatever are used constantly - so it makes sense

It doesn't make sense - show me a single instance where Shep uses a cryo blast or a drone or anything that isn't just calling up an omnitool display to look at data in the same way someone from Star Trek would look at a tricorder, or hell, someone in real life would look at their iphone.

3. Uses omnitool all the time. Makes sense for tech classes,.

This hasn't answered his question. He asked why tech powers don't get used in cutscenes either. Omnitools are used for dozens of further purposes than tech powers - the codex even describes them as standard issue for soldiers. You never see any drones, plasma rounds, cryo blasts or anything related in cutscenes, either.

4. If I have charge - no one should be able to escape me. EVER. I can charge trough walls, so no doors closing in my face will stop me eaither.

I would imagine this sits in the same situation as why Shepard magically produces Avengers out of thin air regardless of what he's using. It isn't something limited to biotics.

I KNOW all that. Okay. It's just easier to suppress the disbelief with a tech class, especially Infiltrator, because at least tech tools are used. It makes more sense that Shepard can only run and only fights with fists even tho he/she could use biotic punches.

There's actually a few mentions about Shep being a biotic in ME3, from Kaidan, Liara, and Traynor (possibly others), but those were happy surprises. As a whole, the previous games were all pretty lax regarding Shep's class. And I don't let cutscenes bother me, because my Shep's never used an assault riffle, either.

Still have to roll most of my Sheps as vanguards, though. By far my favorite class.

Lets just face reality Shep isnt even a realistic soldier in the cutscenes imo every class felt right
