Okay...I would be alright if Bioware over charge me by $5 or $10. But Hey I found hundreds of dollars are gone. Im not exaggerating..
Many of the purchase I made were charge at least twice sometimes triple.....and they were charged multiple times simultaneously... Clearly something is wrong. Im talking about $400 plus here!!!! Worst part is I was still charged for the clearly labled failed purchase. By failed purchase, I assume bioware means they fail to give me points but nvr failed to take my money!!1 AND I nvr get the points that were charged the second time or third time!!!
U, bioware guys need to give me an answeer or I will take legal action.
Feel free to email me . U have me email , I suppose since u have taken my money!!
BTW whats is ur customer service number or email address????? Can I have those????
This is so called a social net work site.....but where are the linkes of contacts of bioware???

Also, is it so hard to add a billing support selection in the profle manue? since you already have a ADD BIOWARE POINTS option!!!!!!!!!

Guess it is hard to even look at my post and give me any hint of how to solve this matter. I may not be the first victim here but definitely wont be the last. I hope bioware has a way to keep its customers.
