Have browsed the forums but not yet found a dungeon crawling project for people who just wanna kill some monsters and get some phat loot. Does it even exist at this point?

The problem I see is the lack of monster variety. I mean, when you have a strong storyline it is OK, but if all you do is to kill anything that moves, things become repetitive very fast.



You can get a bit of variety by resizing or retexturing the existing monsters, but still....

The project I am working on is a loot-driven dungeon crawl. Not a Diablo clone though.
