I am trying to register my Mass Effect 2 game. Gone to the register games tab, selected ME 2 for X-Box 360.
 
However I have a UPC code with 13 digits and a > on the end. I've tried every combination of the 12 digits I can think of, the first 12 with >, the last 12 with > and I've even tried using all 13, and all 13 with the >.

And for some strange reason my ME 2 content shows up in my registered games content, even though the actual game itself won't register.
 
Can someone please, please tell me what I'm supposed to do? I've registerd ME 3, DA:U and DAII with no trouble and I'm at my wits end.

Unlike almost any other forum on the Social Site, there is occasional oversight in this one from someone other than your fellow gamers, but is isn't at all on a regular basis. On the other hand, EA's support is 24/7, and it very well be poor quality, it nevertheless is the only way to deal with account problems such as yours.
