Goofy Stuff You'd Like to See in DA3

There has been tons and tons of threads about stuff we'd love to see in DA3, from the environments, to the types of companions, to the dialogue system to the combat... the lists go on and on. Why not have a topic about the goofy/silly stuff we'd like to see in DA3?
Personally, any reference to Varric's chest hair (even if Varric doesn't make it into the game, maybe a codex entry or overheard dialogue) would be a welcome gaff. As would the return of any coloured Panataloons (BG fans, you know what I'm talking about).
Or... and this one may be a bit more sensitive... how about a unique piece of equipment called The Shield of the Marauder? Who stood alone and perished against unbeatable odds in the hopes that he would save his enemy from experiencing a fate worse than death...?
I think THAT would be a riot. And a slight Tip O' The Hat to the BSN Forumites.

The Stop sign in V:TM:B remains one of the most memorable moments I've ever had in a game, period.

Or maybe even a like minded companion joining him in a serenade to whateverand it turns into a drunken duet.
I'm starting to get Monkey Island references in my head

Given that some of my favourite "old school" games like BG2 (Lilarcor and Minsc; Edwina; etc) , and PST (Nordom and Morte... oh Morte... so much awesome) probably had more of it. PST maybe isn't as "serious" of a tone, but the party banter in particular helps a lot and I loved the sass between Alistair and Morrigan, and pretty much anything involving Isabela or Varric.

Well, there might be -another- reason, but on our end, at least, it's because it's actually surprisingly difficult to get a character to laugh in a 'realistic' way. Either it looks awkward and robotic, or it looks extremely contrived (slapping their knees, holding their belly, etc.) I don't think there are any scenes in DA2 where you actually -see- a character laugh from in front - when someone -does- laugh, we tend to hide it with camera cuts and the like.
I'd like to get some motion capture of someone laughing for future projects, though... where's my notebook...

I have watched the reveal trailer and am a bit miffed about something.
Geralt?
If you're seeing a reveal trailer, it's not real. We've yet to announce anything about our future projects other than, yes, IT IS POSSIBLE that they exist.
There's a 'reveal' trailer floating around that is a scene from the Witcher 2, however. That one's 100% fake.

I imagine laughing would just come across as very Uncanny Valley, despite being a nice idea. Not unlike Leliana trying to sing in DA:O.
I think it would also come across like laugh track in a sitcom.

A tame ghast companion. Even as DLC, if necessary.
That's an interesting choice. Care to elaborate?
There was humor in PS:T but I thought it was a pretty serious game, overall. The themes are very mature.
I agree wholeheartedly that the game was very mature. But I still found it quite humourous in large part because of characters like Nordrom and Morte. The party banter just had me in stitches. I don't think the humour made the game a comedy or anything like that. It's still a very serious game, just with a large amount of comedic side notes (which I think is necessary in a game like that).
I
actually thought sarcastic Hawke (Lady Hawke in my case) was /really/
funny in a very mordant/flip way (which given what a punchin bag she is
in the storyline was really appropriate.). The boneless women line and
the wounded coast monologue stand out in particular. The VAing in DA2
was really top-notch, imo it was more consistently good than even the ME
series, which is saying something.
I agree that the VO was very, very well done. I tend to play a sarcastic, sassy type (probably because I am in real life) and some of the deliveries just had me in stitches. I liked Alistair for much the same reasons.
