Hi,
after I had to format my X box harddrive,  I had to begin a new game.
but now i missed some bonus contents,
  - the N7 Elite Arsenal Pack
  - the Robodog
  - the Appearances Pack
  - the N7 Hoodie
  - the preorder bonus content N7 Warfare
Gear and the M55 Argus rifle.

I had cleaned already the system cash (harddrive / "y" / clear cash)
I had reinstalled all DLC's and the game and i play 100% with this account.
