Okay,

I admit this is pure speculation, but:

• The PSN store was down for maintanance last week
• The BW store was down for maintanance this week
• I just got a new ToS from EA that I had to agree to before MP would load

Anyone else get the new ToS? (I didn't think to read it before clicking "yes! let me in already")

Perhaps we might get into the next N7 mission?

Not trying to get anyone's hope up, just thought it was an odd set of conincidences, especially when we haven't heard anything (heck, they still have the PS3 Resurgence pack sticky on the top of the MP forum ... with no followup a week later ...  <_<).

I got it too, but I wouldn't be hoping for too much here; Bioware is bound to just disappoint PS3 gamers again.

I haven't read it yet, but just because a new ToS is up doesn't mean anything other than EA/Bioware lawyers felt there needed to be a change to the ToS.

To make a wild guess, it could imply they wrote in a section that helps to legally cover them due to all the problems with purchasing packs with real cash.

lol i find that funny. They may hold themselves unlieable of the $ they take from its coustomers after the consumer buys a pack and gets no pack.

It's possible that the ToS didn't come in time for the weekend event coming soon. I still will remain skeptical until I go into the multiplayer game and it announces a weekend event.

Yeah... no if you read the ToS which Im crazy enough to the dates on it for revision along with the ToS shows nothing different whatsoever from before. I think it was a rollback from the buggy Resurgence pack they took out and it caused that to pop up again.
