It would appear that my connection has a problem with the 9th/10th Waves, as it's fairly usual to get a connection lost message around that point, which while being annoying anyway; Is absolutely awesome when you're playing a silver or gold round.
Would like to know if this is a common problem, I'm reluctant to blame my connection as ME3 is the only game I have a connection problem with.

Very common problem, and seems to be getting more frequent. Google "connecting to ea servers" and see it pop up for just about every EA game with multiplayer. Wouldn't be so bad if multiplayer XP and credit progress were saved as you play. Which might also make the vanguard airfloating glitch a little more bearable.
It's a shame really, the multiplayer is otherwise quite good, (apart from a few bugs and some really horrid visual effects: I'm expecting a lawsuit over people blinded by Krogan Rage, Hunter Mode, and Adrenaline Rush at some point
).
Given that these dropout issues are an EA problem, I doubt they'll be fixed any time soon. Bioware may be able to slap a bandaid on the issue if they make it possible to keep credits and XP, otherwise I suspect people will give up on ME3 multiplayer pretty quickly.

thanks, while it's good to know I'm not the only one, it is a shame.
