Just an hour ago a N7 3000+ joined my Platinum Random lobby, and she was singing horribly through her mic (might not be on purpose), she also had her volume too loud.

Unfortunately I had no choice other than to place my kick vote on her (don't have a mic to inform the person otherwise). But my random squadmates agreed with me.

A shame, the loadout was great...

The ear-grating sound of mic-accidentally-left-on, especially when the perpetrator's speakers are also on and you get to hear everything twice, along with muffled words and, if you're very unlucky, off-key humming. This happened in two of my matches yesterday, on PC, which is surely a record.

Hearing that damned Charge-Nova pattern of EUURGH *Choom* (Charge) and AAUGH (Nova). In anything higher than Bronze.
Because you just know that, in about 1.5 seconds, "I'M DOWN" will follow; and I'm the one who ends up getting my Geth Flashlight shot off reviving the damn cannonball.

Geth Prime noise while wearing a Headset by a mile for me. I can put up with Banshee screams and Reave but Prime noise hits a nerve for me.

Vorcha... very annoying as heck. They make these noises way too often for no reason what so ever.

Banshee screams still chill me to the bone, but the worst is definitely the continuous Reave noise, by far. Anytime I play with my friend on his Drell Adept, I have to turn Mass Effect's volume down to <5%. T_T

Not annoying exactly, but it's taken me a while to get used to the fact that Dark Channel has the same sound as a banshee jumping. I never noticed this in single player.

Another annoying sound is the rare instance when a husk's groans get bugged and loop for a good half a minute even after they're dead.
