This is what happens when the game can't seem to find the texture to place on something (it is strange to see this occur in a retail release somebody should bug report BW on this). Unreal will automatically give it the default texture of a blue and white checkerboard like this one (from the unreal editor):

That's strange. I've never seen that bug. What graphics card are you using?

You would have to ask the op of the pic, but it isn't a matter of graphics card in this case as this is an issue of the game failing to load a texture (the same thing happens in shadow complex to the PC's hair at the ending cutscene if you manage to obtian the fusion helmet). Somehow in this particular instance on loading of the match something interuppted it as it tried to load the widow's texture. It is nothing serious as this occassionally happens just a minor error. If it is repeatedlly happing though the texture may be corrupted in some way, thus why it is replaced by the default.

I have a GTX 460 OC. But no worries, as it was stated before the game failed to render the Widow (also the rocket launcher as you can see).
It was a WTF moment for a couple of seconds though...

So, I died, but not really. Got glitched in between life and death, hovering over my body and being sort of invisible to enemies.



Then I found out I could shoot them from above but I couldn't move. lol!



Batarian Sentinel saves me with submission net with 0.001 seconds left till being gutted.



Hunter mode got GFX glitched. Maybe this is the real hunter mode? I wouldn't mind it looking that way

Aforementioned Nemesis gets launched by a Claymore buttshot



Phantom blowing up in fire explosion and damaging another Phantom nearby.

I get a bug where the game doesn't seem to render light sources on guns when you go tthe modify screen.  So every gun is in deep shadow and looks like a black window.  "Change view" fixes it howver.

I get that too, since day 1 of the game. At least it's not game breaking.
