Some of you may already know YouTube user Malufenix (often referred to as Malukah): she sang Skyrim's The Dragonborn Comes a few months ago, which has received surprisingly wide acclaim and over seven million YouTube views. Yesterday (April 24th), she did 'Reignite' as a tribute to the Mass Effect trilogy. I have not seen it posted so I thought I'd share:

I personally like it. It's not quite as good as the Skyrim song but I do appreciate the effort she put into it. I also find the lyrics to be rather heart-felt, which is a good thing!

Yeah, I actually have a cropped bit of her skyrim song as my windows startup sound... I have no doubts she will be working as a musical talent in the industry someday. Something in her voice always manages to give me shivers when listening to her songs.

She made me love the Dragonborn song. Maybe the "industry" won't find much market value in her talents, but with niche fandoms and online coverage, she could make herself known among game or movie producers.Navasha wrote...

Very meh. She seemed all over the place. Wasn't really a structure to the song. She should stick to covers.

So... What if Clint Mansell and Malukah got together for an epic credits song?
Like you guys did with Florence + the machine for DAII. That song was an amazing way of saying goodbye to the quest.
