Nice weekend was very hesitant at first due to seeing leachers but thankfully that wasnt the case.

This weekend in multiplayer mass effect was much fun. I kept the doors open to anyone who joined the group. With any weapon they wanted. I think there was only one leach that joined but that run failed and it left just after. 

Four new friends added to my list, thanks to the event.

They should have added a ultra rare reward if players complete/win 3 gold matches as a bonus. Maybe next time let them pick thier own ultra rare reward,upgrade or just phat credits.

Was a good weekend. I hope all the non gold players don't ignore the difficulty again. Had a REALLY good time some rounds. And a bad time lots too!

Does spamming Decoy so that others can kill everything count as helping n00bs? (It's nessessary, but sucks to be the 'healer class' in any RPG... or FPS....)

Trollshop yeah I bought a pack hoping to at least get a new class char how about a new N7 to try out nahit gave ma N alright it was the same as my first one ever a javelin not that im mad but I do't even have a deciple go ahead check my weapons collection on multiplayer manifest I work with lotsa fun stuff but being off operation for 1 month doign a gold match first thing and completingit with newbs was hard... note that I am a supporter not a super power kill hungery kill stealign jerk face and I have nothing against B/S/G runs of any kind there are bronze's newbs out there that can't even do a silver or even compile proper bronze tatics applying gold tatics to bronze ...that will in terms kill you

Operation may be over but I as AJ with some random AA have just carried 2 hopeless SI (both with black widows) through a gold vs reapers. I cannot understand how they managed to play the most versatile class in game so badly. From wave 5 they went down every 10 seconds or so it looked like. When we finished on wave 10 because i got stabbed by banshee and the AA could not kill them all on his/her own.
In the end me and the adept had over 95 000 points each while they were sitting on 48000 and 28000. I wonder what they were doing wish there was some kind of recording system so i could see what went wrong with them.

I must not have had any Operation Carry participants in the rounds I played. Was unable to survive a gold match I did kill quite a few phantoms in silver this weekend though, I guess I'll have to try my luck next time.

I got 'lucky' getting into a Geth farm my first gold match. Played two rounds, discovered it lacked any fun whatsoever, and hunted down some gold matches that were random enemy random map, or at least random enemy. Had a lot more fun with that, still pulled through to extraction.

I did not have any of the "gold pros" either.   But I was on two random teams that beat gold ( one vs cerberus ), but I also played on a bunch of teams that made it to like round 10 before being swarmed by phantoms.

So many things wrong with this post.  How do you know who is ready?   How was it fun for you?

Interesting, I went into my first gold ever and had the highest score.   We got a full extraction, 1 game 1 win and now I can go back to not playing hide behind the wall on silver.

So many things wrong with this post.  How do you know who is ready?   How was it fun for you?  

oh its really easdy...look at their N7 level, their character class and level, and their weapons....easy determination to tell if people are not ready....

it was called Operation Carry...I wasnt carrying someone who clearly needed to go play some more bronze...

for example I was not going to carry a player with a N7 level of 40 with a Level 5 krogan vanguard with a katana 1 shotgun and no equipment

and booting people who arent ready is always fun

Ha! I started this weekend as basically a Silver-only player. Last night I helped carry a friend to get his achievement.

To make things more interesting, map and enimies was set to unknown, lol. We end getting Cerberus on Palavan moon map. First wave was a bit rough, my teammates were dropping like flies. Once we completed wave 1, it went more smoothly by camping at one spot and I flank them. GI with a Claymore X + Proxy Mine is a beast. At the end of the match I had 150k points...

 I don't mind carrying some new players. I do it all the time, but the thing that really grinds my gear are the people who are semi-experienced leeching. Ex. hiding in a corner while everyone fights. ME3 needs a vote kick button during the game.

I will definetly give the Random - Random Gold a go every now and then when no friends are online. And hopefully there will be some N7 24 guys with a predator III and an Avenger II to dragg through the match!

Well of course you shouldn't try to carry more than you can lift.

Wow is that... silver elitism?  Didn't know such a thing existed.

Since we're on the topic of elitism, if you're hiding behind a wall the entire match, you're probably doing it wrong.  Try not hiding so much and you can actually beat a gold (non-geth/fbw) in under 25 min.  I play as a melee batarian soldier and you'll rarely find me taking cover.

Yeah, you probably can't.  If it wasn't completely obvious, those weren't exact numbers.  But you get the general idea.
