In fairness, I hadn't even gone past bronze until the weekend "complete a silver game against reapers" objective and I was carried through silver in some public games, now i'm comfortable on gold.

So i'll be carrying anyone I can.

My issue is that I really like promoting and having a team of mercs stronger than the alliance fleets as a war asset, but I don't like constantly dying on Silver+ difficulties. So I have an N7 rank that does not at all correspond to my abilities.

Do we get the same rewards if we do this on a normal basis anyways or does it have to be for this weekend?

I'll be setting up some Firebase White, Giant and Red against Cerberus/Reaper if I get home on time on Friday from University because I'm tired of Geth to. (Map will depend on my preference and alcohol content at time of deciding)

If you're lucky you might be able to find one of my lobbies, if not maybe host some of your own?

Has to be this weekend.  That's how kharma works.    

Also, I think your services will be in higher demand than normal...

O-M-G *dramatic eye rolls*, it's going to be so annoying having these lesser players flooding OUR gold lobbies and destroying what was once perfection. ME3 multiplayer is sooooo mainstream now, it's appalling!

Sounds fun. Maybe I'll be fortunate enough to run into some of you this weekend if you're on 360. I'll likely stick to using my L20 AA unless the team is in need of another class.

You know what's coming this weekend.  N7 weapons are going to be dangled in front of people who normally play only Bronze and Silver, and who really have no business in Gold.  They will flood the Public Gold lobbies and there will be great weeping and gnashing of teeth.  But, rather than complain about it, let's look at it as an opportunity to challenge ourselves, spread some cheer, and maybe show off a little.  

So here's what I propose.  This weekend, go out into the public lobbies, and complete 1 gold game to extraction with randoms.  No picking and choosing, and definitely no kicking.  20 to 30 minutes of your time to make some poor newbie's dreams come true.  

Community Goal: Earn 1,000 N7 weapons for newbies.  
Squad Goal: Survive until extraction on any map and any enemy on Gold difficulty, in a public lobby with randoms without kicking anyone.  

Successful completion of the Community Goal will grant all BSN Community members 1 week of good kharma.
Successful completion of the squad goal awards warm and fuzzy feelings of comraderie and accomplishment to all squadmates.

Operation Carry will run from 6:00PM PST, Friday April 27th until 5:00AM PST, Monday April 30th.  Carry will be available on all platforms, EVEN THE PS3!  "Upload Game Feedback" is not required.  

Good luck and see you on the battlefield.  

We should have like, an extra squad goal to revive 1,000,000 newbies who died during a Gold Match XD

I don't intend to be carried though. But we'll see. If I get stuck on a map with Geth, there's nothing more satisfying than watching my turret out pyro a pyro.
