So I've been not paying attention for a month or so. I'm still on the PS3 version and can't play because my Shepard's face won't import properly. Is it too late you think to create a thread about this on the PS3 Tech Forums? Or has that ship sailed and there is no way they are going to fix it? Because it's getting harder to avoid end-game spoilers and I just want to finish the game at this point, my Shepard or no.

You should create one there, just to have one…I dunno if it’ll ever get addressed, but it certainly can’t hurt — especially with PS3 owners having the biggest gripe since you can’t even use lazarus.

I'm going to copy/paste your OP as you suggested. Should I include all the information on the attempts to fix it with Lazarus even though that's not a solution for PS3 owners?

EDIT: made the post. Chose not to include Lazarus info. I felt it would confuse the issue.

I can't seem to get the program to open up. When I choose to start the "LazarusProject.exe"-file, windows simply loads for a while and then stops, and no program pops up. I've carefully followed the simple instructions in the first post, and I've tried running the .exe as an administrator but the same thing occurs. What might be the problem?

I’ll try it later on…in the meanwhile, are you using just the zip file, or did you download the newer .exe file a couple steps further? Try it the other way (either with or without the newer .exe) to see if there’s any difference.

WalkingBartie: did you also install .NET Framework 4 and XNA Framework 4?
They are required to run the Lazarus tool.

Hope that helps.

I'm using the newer .exe as right now, but I'll try without the new .exe then. :)

Don't know actually, I think I might have NET Framework 4 installed, but I'm unsure about XNA Framework 4. I'll check that out aswell!
Thanks guys!:)

^^ Added the frameworks to the OP…they’re only mentioned somewhere on the lazarus site, good catch.

Is it still possible to get the lod_mapping-excludemouth-1-2.xml? Lazarus has worked wonders for me, but my femshep has horrible hamster cheeks, lol. If anyone can tell me where I can find it I'd be very grateful.

I linked it in your quote. You need to remember to Right Click the link, and then chose Save As. This will also work for the link in the original post.

Your link is broken and leads to a 404 page.

Confirming. My femshep also has a case of the hamster-cheeks; is there anybody who would be willing to reupload lod_mapping-excludemouth-1-2.xml?

Except for the hamster-cheeks, Lazarus works like a charm. I am incredibly grateful to the Lazarus team.
