No. You get just one pack no matter how many times you complete a gold match.DHKany wrote...

I've never played gold, so I guess it's time to give FBWGG a try. Hopefully the public games will be half decent.
I'm pleased not to be the only person to have avoided gold up to now. I'm sure many on this thread routinely play gold solo :-) But I find Bronze enjoyable, getting to extraction most of the time. Silver I find tough and extraction is about 50:50. My only ther gold experience was brutal, going straight into wave 3 without a lobby, when I had requested bronze (and with a Level 3 character).
There is absolutely no disgrace for a regular Bronze player to tackle Firebase White on Gold, with Geth and using the well discussed strategy of camping in the downstairs room with at least one Salarian engineer dumping decoys, an infiltrator slipping away to handle planted devices, waiting for targets to come to you, and running to extraction out of the back door with 20 seconds to go.
Having microphones on is pretty essential, firstly to discuss in the lobby, the assembly of a team with the above mentioned engineer & infiltrator and to keep communication clear through the mission. Whilst FBW/G/G may trigger yawns among hardened ultra-N7-players, the Exorcist Operation is bringing no doubt many players to gold that are not accustomed to being there. Having now earned my pack after a mad full-on 30 minutes and a full extraction, I am unlikely to be routinely going gold again, in a hurry (!) but it was certainly not 'boring'. I do hope that Gold noobs will be met with a little supportiveness in the lobbies.

Do what the TO suggests, then join your first non FB:W/Geth Gold match and despair.
This. I remember my first gold runs being quite overwhelming and being unsure of how we could possibly take down a half dozen phantoms dropping from the ceiling in front of us on Glacier. Nearly shat myself![]()
there only one major thing that you seem to forget...
GETH....
.. DO ....
.. NOT...
.... USE....
... .. GRENADES!!...
trying to use firebase white geth on gold is uselee to train on with geth best bet would be better to use reapers

Just wonderin, could you get any extra packs by completing multiple gold missions? Sorry im on PS3 so im new to this stuff :s.
if you do all rounds in the game you are playing you get 1 pack called the commendation pack which will have n7 weapon and maybe a race to be awared to you and if we all kill 1 mill phantoms we will get another pack called the victory pack, but mostly will be ammo and some other things as well a gold card not always the case
so youwill actually get 2 packs on tueday night most times unless somehting goes wrong then you might have to call bioware

How does a Human Vanguard fare on Gold? I have had decent runs on Silver/Reaper (and it's the only character I have on level 20 right now). Any tips? Or should I just use another class?
Vangaurds, any race, are usually more suited to bronze and silver. It seems liked they'd be good on gold because they shovel out high damage but they are unfortunately not tanks. The only vangaurd I have won with is my Asari vangaurd because she knows stasis. Human vangaurds rely on charging and using nova but doing that in gold usually drops you instantly.
