Just listened to the audio outtakes, and most of them are actually in the game already - just not in the end scenes. Whoever mined this probably saw a tags that said "end" in it - they could have been meant for some kind of end-game content and were repurposed for other parts of the game.

Indeed? Jack's lines weren't that great, to be honest - a bit cheesy. Grunt's/Zaeed's were great, though. I don't mind losing Jacob though, heh.
Geth Prime would've been a great edition. Well, my ME3 interest was already waning. Then the Ending. Then this. Nice.
