I wonder If I'm the only one who finds my favorite characters to be ones who have no real plot value. Talitha, Han Olar, Refugee Teen, and others. How about you?

Lt. Zabaleta from the Spacer background mention(thanks for reminding me with Talitha). I liked how it tied into the colonist background, and I really felt sorry for the poor bastard. That mission, like "I remember me" really put a face on the horrible things those people went through.

Because of Talitha Bring Down the Sky played out VERY diffrently for me.

I like the volus at the used spaceship shop in ME2. Said my FemShep "looks fertile" and offered her a caravan ahaha.

But I wanted more of Miss Parasini. She's my FemShep's buddy. And Shiala too. *sigh*

How is it that the Elcor Diplomat who is of a race that speaks flat and lifelessly can actually make two words sound so heartbreaking? That is a combination of Damn Good writing and Damn Good voice acting

Shepard: So did you get your civilians off the planet?
Diplomat: Gratefully Yes
Shepard: How many?
*Hesitant Pause*
Diplomat: {with no quantifier} Not... Enough.

I forgot, did we even get an e-mail from him in ME2? I liked him.
Anyway, Shiala probably doesn't count, so I'm going with either Niftu Cal or the black and yellow volus that is Harkin's associate during Garrus' loyalty mission.

Volus: Oh. Good.
Just the way he says it makes me laugh every time.
I also like Vigil a lot. Mass Effect just had great characters. Good thing we got to know what happened to them.
