David Archer. His cameo in ME3 on Grissom Academy was a fantastic little segment, especially if Garrus is in the squad.

"Sorry."

"It was never your fault."

Assuming that's the Primarch's son(only remember him by his rank), I liked him. I think his people and the game kind of give him the shaft. Head on assaults are hardly the epitome of tactics, he was trying to save his men and the enemy was a step ahead. The game then essentially lambasts him for trying to be creative like his father and not being up to snuff, implying he should have just hit them head on despite the certainty of horrendous casualties.

In war stories like these I sympathize much more with realistic characters. It's the same reason why ME1 did not get dramatic for me until I was introduced to Kirrahe and his men. The idea that vulnerable, mortal, and likeable characters might fight and die alongside Shepard is much more interesting than the hero's journey itself.

Not to mention that the entire character of Tarquin reminded the player that even the best of intentions could result in unexpected tragedy in the chaos of war. It was a very poignant example of what makes the RPG choices so interesting in Bioware games.

Both him and his father did a much better job of making me sympathetic for Palaven and the Turians than anything ever did for Earth.

Marauder Shields, espacially since he gave this guy : koobismo.deviantart.com/gallery/#  the opportunity to make such a great Ending Story.

And be sure to play the tracks he commends while reading, because they are so damn fitting.

Blasto. Damn I would have liked him to have his moment while the Citadel gets stormed by Reapers or Cerberus....

Shiala. I thought she was going to be important. One of my Sheps might have dumped Liara for her, if it was like Bioware hinted in ME2...

And basically Hanar in any of the games.

Urdont Darg, the scout from Mordin's loyalty mission. I wanted a cameo so bad.

I always liked talking to Elcors. Meeting the Diplomat in ME1, not really knowing what that monotone talking was all about at the beginning.. really enjoyed that

How is it that the Elcor Diplomat who is of a race that speaks flat and lifelessly can actually make two words sound so heartbreaking? That is a combination of Damn Good writing and Damn Good voice acting

Shepard: So did you get your civilians off the planet?
Diplomat: Gratefully Yes
Shepard: How many?
*Hesitant Pause*
Diplomat: {with no quantifier} Not... Enough.

Yes, this exchange was amazing, and only gets better as you think about it.  The absence of quantifier makes it, but you only sense that intuitively at first.

Lorik Qui'nn...guy was just so smooth

Can't believe that he didn't appear in any of the other games.  That guys was awesome.  Also the Machanic from Noveria was pretty cool too.

I'll jump on the bandwagon and say Qui'nn. One of the few Turians save Garrus post-ME1 that had style. Disappointed he didn't get a cameo, but I guess the game already suffers enough from small universe syndrome.

Kal'Reegar, Shiala, Lilihierax (the turian tech on Noveria who apparently knows everything about EVERYONE), the Presidium Gardener (whyyy did they cut the lines where he muses about the purpose of boobs on humans and asari?), Lia'Vael (the Quarian accused of pickpocketing), and the poor PTSD Asari in Huerta. Yes, I believe in euthanasia, do you?
