Lets say I pick all the dual weapon traits....do you get any kind of bonus for that?
Same with magic....etc ?
Completing tier give any bonuses ?

I think you get an unlock if you complete a full spec. no other bonus that I know about

no. see that bar that fills up as you get more talents from that section? cut feature right there
