Okey, I noticed Miranda was missing in a scene during my last playthrough so I was wondering if anyone else have some input about this. I tried to search forums, but was not easy to pick the right keywords.. so I'm sorry if it's been answered before.

This scene is right at the beginning of ME2 after Shep, Miranda and Jacob escapes from the cerberus facility (the site of the Lazarus Project). After being debriefed by the illusive man, you get ready to do the freedom's progress mission. If you look at this vid -     - you can see that both Jacob and Miranda are there and you can have a dialouge with both. 

But for some reason, Miranda haven't been there my last 2 playthroughs. She was there earlier, but now only Jacob is inside that room. So now I can't thank Miranda for returning me back to life etc.

Any idea why she's gone and where she is ? lol.

She bugs out now and then there. Save reload and she is back.

Last time same thing happened to me. I walk around in the room, but I can't find her. Good to know it's a bug and reload solve it.

Happened to me last run. I didn't bother to reload and she just reappeared on the shuttle on the way to Freedom's Progress. I think it cost me a couple of morality points from not being able to have a conversation with her but that's probably about it.
