"The spells Force Field, Crushing Prison, Cone of Cold, and Blizzard now have shorter durations and/or longer cooldowns. This ensures that combatants can no longer stun-lock each other by repeatedly casting the same spell."

Anyone else's patch seem to be stuck verifying? It's been stuck on 35.3mb for the last 10 minutes.
Working now, servers must just be overloaded?
Thanks for the fixes guys.

Chris, in future would it be possible to provide a list of changed files, or at least script files? It would be really helpful for knowing if there are mods we need to disable until they're updated, and of course to know whether any mods released need updates.

Sounds good, although frankly i think the Dexterity Hotfix did it better. Good all round though, hope it doesn't break my Respec Mod

It's modular, so you don't need to install everything. For example, I didn't install improved Arrow of Slaying and Scattershot and didn't decrease the cooldowns.
It also allows poison and runes on bows.

Question keeping the potential future reinstalls in mind:
do the patches build on each other or is it enough to keep (or download) always only the most recent version?

Anybody tested crossbows? Do they still don't get bonus from Dexterity?
