I was able to play multiplayer game with my PSN master account and with an another sub account. Then I had issues with game crashing and followed instructions from the forum to delete game data with the Game Data Utility. I installed patches and DLC again, but now I can't play with the sub account. Master account works as before, but when I try to start multiplayer with the sub account, it asks to redeem online pass. If I try to enter the code which came with the game, it gives the error "The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid".
Customer support asked to post here about this.
