The Dark Eye - The Sexy Demon Man is a new RPG that is due Q1 2013.

The last I had heard of this game was two years back and the gameplay looked terrible or at least the animations did. Two years later and it looks as though they are working on making the animations look better and the graphics - while not amazing - seem polished and look good too. The artstyle looks pretty unique as well.

Demonicon is a thrilling action-RPG set in the extraordinarily popular universe of “The Dark Eye”, a richly crafted fantasy world beloved by fantasy gamers throughout the world.

Demonicon tells the tragic story of a brother and sister who become pawns of sinister forces in a world of cruelty and depravity. In this bleak yet magical world, their affection is both a blessing and a curse. Both are constantly threatened by mortal danger and demonic temptation, and must find a way through their tortured lives by facing serious moral decisions. Their common destiny will determine that of the entire continent, and will be decided by the choices they make. Hordes of fiends block their way to freedom and peace, and only through battle and magic they will truly become free of the darkness.

Players take on the role of some bald guy - who I've nicked named Derek and you *will* acknowledge him as such from now on - who is battling some demonic curse within him. If the players allow Derek to use the powers of The Sexy Demon Man then Derek can actually change in apperance and become more demonic looking. Obviously this will have impact on the story and on how NPC's will react to the player. Derek has a sister who too is cursed and together they seek to escape from the darkness.

There will be serious moral choices to be made in the game and these choices are supposed to have impact on events in the game.

The Dark Eye – Demonicon takes place in The Shadow Lands, Aventuria, a location from the ‘Dark Eye’ universe which portrays a dark fantasy setting where demons and the undead roam free.
