Mattock is very underrated - Its range, its accurate, and fires as fast as you can pull the trigger. Negligible recoil means good aim gets fast kills without added Equipment Mods on Silver

Paladin with Extended barrel and ammo clip. Head shots are too easy with that bad boy.

Striker Assault Rifle.

Because you can stagger multiple targets at the same time, while still fairly lethal and accurate, even at a distance. This allows me to 'herd' groups of baddies until I kill them off one by one. Basically, I tend to shoot several clips, then run for ammo, then keep shooting, alternating with powers and the occasional missile for heavy enemies such as the Atlas, Banshee and Brute. The Striker Assaul Rifle also allows for rapid fire which is still relatively accurate, especially when using scope and pointing gun down to compensate for recoil. Useful at short range, especially during extraction when being massed by enemies. With my Krogan Vanguard I now tend to only carry the SAR, allowing me to fire off the Carnage power pretty quickly. As it happens, the SAR is a Krogan weapon, so it fits.  M-37 Falcon II works in a similar way, but is less effective in close combat. because it only fires at a slow rate, so I tend to combine that one with the M-13 Raptor for accurate long range sniping and short range fully automatic firing.

My favorite weapon is the Saber. It does massive damage, per shot.

AR: Saber - I got mine last night and I already love it. It's a Scopeless BW
SR: Black Widow - I don't really need to explain
P: Phalanx - Light, strong, good RoF and mag. It's just good.
SMG: Hurricane - GREAT RoF, Mag, and Damage. TS + Stab. III = 5% recoil.
SG: Graal (If not host, then Claymore) - Good Mag, Charge, Ignores Armor DR, Great damage and great accuracy

I go in phases, last month I was using a Scimitar with every character, now I'm enjoying the Phaeston. Had a brief flirtation with the Striker but went off it.

I love my geth shotty I'm a big fan of multi barrel weaponry so this was right up my ally. Then they gave it a mega buster charge I use this gun as much as possible.

I spend more time with a Mattock equipped than anything else. It's light, accurate at all ranges, and is reasonably punchy for such a fast firing weapon.

[A Wild Snorlax]

Geth plasma shotgun.

Annihilates everything on host, ridiculous how much it destroys on an infiltrator.

Other than that, claymore, black widow and paladin are nice too.
