Extended Cut DLC: Will Harbinger Have More of a Larger Role?

How can Bioware incorporate:
1. Any Conversation Scene with Harbinger and Shepard? It's too difficult when he leaves Shepard...and then some how Shepard magically gets up (as does Anderson) to the Citadel Beam
2. The Big Showdown? ... I was expecting this in the ME3 (since Bioware lead me to believe this was going to happen)....hence the Arrival DLC and not to mention the ME2 end scene where Harbinger clearly leads the entire Reapers to the MIlky Way Galaxy
these are just some thoughts...

Yeah a lot of people would like to see more of him. Patrick Weekes, one of the writers, has hinted that there may be more of him to come. I honestly have my doubts though that they're going to do anything signifcant with him in the EC.
yeah I read the interview
at lease that one. I'm very upset. It's really sad to see a company that I stuck too since the days of KOTOR and ME1,2 and all of a sudden, they really changed in the final conclusion of the game.
I mean, Reapers aren't even the enemy lol.........but some "space-brat" who is a child is the enemey behind all this.......wow I'm sure that would have been completely thrown out if the entire writers were involved in the end sequence.

Yeah, all of Harby's taunting and mocking in ME2 led me to believe that he'd play a big role at the end. When in reality he didn't. Twas dissapointing.

only way I can think of is if Casey Hudson decides to change the form of the space brat to Harbinger, and show he was the first of all the species. Therefore he was the one that started all this....
other than that........for casey hudson to keep the space brat child..............yeah no thanx. I just spent $$$ for that ending???

heres hoping at the very least when it comes to the elevator of doom, its harbinger on the other side and not skittles new mascot. id rather talk to a giant robot cuttlefish, than wesley crushers ghost.
yeah I actually was expecting to go to the Reapers homeworld. in fact the launch trailer gave the impression when Liara said, "this is it isn't it"
then play the game, we end up on the citadel. and who do I see...............................that star child..........wow really???

He better be the boss, it's just so obvious he should have been the final boss it's not even funny. Instead we get marauder shields who's cool and all, but it's no harbinger.
i hear you man. we all got fooled.....

I was really a big fan of Harbinger in the ME2 and Arrival DLC. I really hope they have more of him....but I now doubt they can even put any added footage.

All brilliant schemes by bioware to get you to think Harbinger would be in ME3 - only to have no lines and no role at all!

I was ready for an interrupt/dialogue to pop up on screen, leading to Shepard saying that he/she knows something is off and doesn't believe a thing...

Am I the only one who expected the 'Catalyst' to change its form and voice to Harbinger halfway through the ending conversation?

no you are one of many who thought that. There's been many threads of people who've voiced this.

Yep you're on the right track.
This supports exactly what you're saying. The EC DLC may very well hint/advertise we may be seeing Harby in some post ending DLC. Take a look.
wow. very interesting. The real question is: will BW follow through on this. Because it would strongly support the IDT

Harbinger was clearly personally interested in Shepard. That's a big deal considering he's MILLIONS of years old.
It would be like me being personally interested in an ant.
So he definitely needs some decent screen time in the EC.

Or will shep choose synthesis which will make the reapers obselete (since this is what the reapers want anyway).
But then harby tells shep that destroy will kill his race, but will also destroy earth as well, is shep prepared to destroy his homeworld if it will wipe out the reapers. Then if shep chooses destroy and based on how much EMS you have, the earth will survive or be destroyed as will the geth. And shep survives to be reunited with his crew and LI. que epilogue.

Harbinger was too prominent in ME2 to be completely ignored, save for a tiny cameo.

BW said they would not change the ending, but that doesnt mean they cant change anything leading up to it. Say when the brat gives you the choices, shep gets an interrupt and he says that something doesnt feel right and then openly objects to the choices. Then the brat changes to harby and he tells shep that he doesnt have the balls( something like that) to choose the fate of the galaxy and even taunts shep as the small insignificant life form he is. HArb tells shep that control and synthesis are the only ways to save everyone (if shep is strong enough mentally to control the reapers....kinda a like in supernatural where lucifer gives sam a chance to see which one of them will gain control of his body.)
Or will shep choose synthesis which will make the reapers obselete (since this is what the reapers want anyway).
But then harby tells shep that destroy will kill his race, but will also destroy earth as well, is shep prepared to destroy his homeworld if it will wipe out the reapers. yeah dude. I was thinking pretty much the same lines you're talking about. It's really the only way to save the ending......the way it is now....how can anyone still be satisfied.
