I'm not sure if this is a glitch or merely by design.
I started a new ME7 game using a completed ME3 character as an import however certain War Assets such as the N7 Special Ops Team or minierals I collected from ME2 are showing up in the War Assets list.
I was wondering if anoyone knew if this was intended or is it a glitch from importing a completed ME3 character.

I don't know about the mineral resources, but your Spec Ops team sometimes doesn't show up because the game hasn't synced with the ME3 server. If you click on the Galactic Readiness portion when you are looking at the war assets, it should sync galactic readiness and your Spec Ops team will magically appear as an asset. This only occurs with an internet connection of course.
