"Cant find disc"

Dragon Age Origins has been installed on my computer for 2 years. Today I went to start a new game game and "Cannot find disc" when I try to load it up. There is no crack, unauthorized DLC, all my drivers are up to date. WTF??? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Your disc may be faulty. Happened to me a year ago, when i wanted to re-install the game. You have two options.
1. Buy the game again, so you have a new disc
2. Go via Origin. It's not the best solution, but it's a free solution at least. It's how I play now. Download the game (or if it's already installed it will detect it), and continue playing. Works for DA2 as well btw.
