Miranda's not part of the problematic ending scenes like squadmates are, so they may not need Yvonne. I doubt new EDI voice overs will be much more than "yes Shepard, me and X will go back to Normandy and try to do this and that while you go to Citadel" kind of thing, explaining plotholes etc. Miranda ain't needed for that
