I have no charcaters on my profile page and allso when I try to upload a screenshot I get told I have reached my file storgae but I can't see that I have any.

Your online storage contains 100 files, mainly auto-uploaded screenshots as well as 4 characters. Have you tried the "manage screenshots" and "manage characters" links on this site?

yes it shows no charcters or screenshots, it says last update 11-11-2009

I have 0 screenshots and 0 chars uploaded now at this moment (and for over a day) with the auto uploads of both disabled in game and I show 4/100 of my file storage so I think there is some glitch somewhere.

Well I dunno what to do, for some reason I can't see to delete the 100 files I have uploaded when I click manage screenshots/charcters it shows a blank page .

That's the problem. I also got 24/100 screenshot uploads reported in-game, but there is nothing on this site. I have 47 archievements (reported as uploaded in-game), but got about 20-30 on-site. I also got 0 char on site.

But on this site, it keeps reporting that the data get updated, but no change.

My conclusion is there is a ghost profile that cantact with the game, but that ghost profile somehow does not link with the profile showing on this site. May be problem came from multiple servers?

I recently deleted all screenshots from my online profile, but my game also claims that I have 31 files in storage. Everything else works fine now, so I'm not bothered, but it seems odd.

Also, since a few days I get the ingame message "Cannot contact with your full profile" or something like that.



Patched yesterday to 1.02, but is the same result

Hate to do it but bump, I would like some help please.



When I try to upload Screenshots it says my online storage is full, when I log on to my profile and click Manage Screenshots/Characters it shows no screenshots and no charcaters.

Same problem here, it seems the game uploads data just fine; it just doesn't get shown on the site...

So I now see Profile Diagnostics that shows I have indeed reached the max but there is no way I can delete them as "manage charcters/screenshots" both show blank pages would be nice to get it fixed.

It shows 6 charcters one with an error code 1005, it also shows I have 62 screenshot but when I click manage screenshots and characters is shows nothing, so i'm unable to delete unwanted files.

Do you have more than one profile? I have two - the site uses the first one - which has no characters or files in it - but my game uploads to the second one, which is where all my screenshots and characters and so on are.

Edit: Most players are aware when this is the case, and if you know about other profiles, I apologise for stating the obvious. But in my player profile, there is a link underneath it that says click here to view this user's other player profiles.

what would really help is if an admin could just delete the files on my profile as I'm unable todo it, I was hoping that Jesse van Herk was going to read into this abit more as they allready replied. Thanks for the imput though.
