I haven't been able to find an actual moderator post in the PS3 threads for a little over a week. It's possible I'm not looking hard enough but all I've seen is a few lockdowns and posts made several weeks ago.
Have they now resorted to simply ignoring us all together? This is ridiculous!!!
ps Please correct me if I'm wrong. I would love to think that they would at least pretend to care about us. lol
Are there even any moderators here?

We may now and then dive in on issues where we can assist, but if you're after guaranteed official support then contacting customer support is advised.
