Hi! I installed da:o recently and only yesterday i decided to use the codes that came inside the box of the game to unlock the stone prisioner and the blood dragon armor.

I have created an account here and also registered the game and both redeem codes.

The game does not download the dlc's, they don't even apear in the downloadable content, nor appear in the download in progress section.

When i use my account in the bioware site, in the section under the name "Your registered game content" both the stone prisoner and blood dragon armor appear and for mass effect2 i can download the armor here in the site bur for da:o, instead of "more info" or "download" just appears this "---".

How can i obtain these dlc's?

I tried to share all the info about my problem with you, i hope i have remembered everything, if not please let me know!

By the way pardon my english, it's been a while since i last wrote in a foreign language and i gess it's a little rusty.

Might want to send a E mail to EA they should know what to do.

Try installing the 1.05 patch. That should fix most DLC-related issues. Beyond that, you can contact EA at help.ea.com.

I have the 1.05 patch installed and nothing happened and for some reason I was also unable to contact the EA support but I'll try again.

I spoke with the guys in the ea support and they solved the problem!
