In Mass Effect 3 I see EDI and Joker at Purgatory , and she has a drink, but would she be able to get intoxicated?
Would EDI be able to get drunk?

She's a machine, Alcohol will have no effects at all -- or maybe the infiltration unit have some kind of simulation that EDI forgot...

Yes it will be able to get drunk easily. People get all funny not from drinking alcohol, but from it messing with the system. Alcohol is just the means not the goal. Thus EDI could just decrease the response time of its logic unit or similar, and get same effect whenever it wants actually. And back.
