The mission wasn't showing up on Tuchanka(galaxy map). I talked to Wrex and he still recognizes that I haven't completed the mission. I completed Victics(SP?) son's mission and it still didn't show up. Now, the game is showing me the Shroud mission.
Yesterday, I had access to the missing scouts mission but I completed the N7 Cerberus(Tuchanka) mission first. Today, I brought up my save file but the mission was gone. Again, Wrex still recognizes that I haven't completed the mission so it wasn't like I played through the mission in my sleep.
"Investigate Missing Scouts" mission completely disappeared!

umm go to the ninmah cluster system mulla xul or maksim xul one of those has the planet Utukku and that should be were it is.
