* [new since 1.04] There are several problems associated with Enemies Among Us and Act of Mercy incorrectly having quest conflicts for Act 2. Even if you forced Grace into the circle, Mistress Selby is standing in the Docks but does not offer either of her quests. Even if you helped Keran remain a Templar, you cannot get How to Frame a Templar, but the various NPCs associated with that quest are still found (Ser Roderick, Harbormaster's Assistant, dockworker). If you helped Keran remain a Templar, Senestra can be found in the Docks at night for A Debt in the Family, as well as Macha in Lowtown.
* Quest Sketchy on the Details - the Denerim Avengers still leave their dozen or so map arrows after they are killed, Sketch himself still has a quest arrow even after the quest is completed.
* Quest All That Remains - Gamlen and the white lillies on the table remain in the mansion after the quest is completed. They persist even after a reload until the end of Act 2.
-- ACT 3 --
* Quest A New Path - when approaching the demon's alter, Fenris stands off to the side. When his dialogue about the battle comes up the camera is pointed at an empty space, while the followers look off in his direction.
* Despite the previous 1.03 patch notes, Aveline is still unstunnable during the fight with Meredith if you have taken the Indomitable talent.
* The box/table for Olaf's Armory in Hightown is still invisible.
* Fenris Act 3 banter with Anders: "true. Bethany, for instance, was not weak." Capitalization error. I assume this is a result of messing with follower dialogue for the 1.04 patch.
-- General Issues --
* Skeletons, spiders, etc, still remain at 1hp for some time if they are attacked while in the process of spawning into the game world.
* There are still weird issues with Bethany's hair changing after she falls ill while leaving the Deep Roads, and her outfit defaulting to the mage robe even if she is a Warden during Best Served Cold (not tested with Carver).
