Got cerberus network... but no zaeed...

I have activated cerberus network with the code i got on my Mass Effect 2 EA classics, As i login to the game, i can open the second computer to my left, that indicates that the cerberus network is installed, but i don\\'t seem to get the "dossier: The Veteran" mission, in which i would find zaeed... what seems to be the problem?

After registering Cerberus Network you can download your goodies from this page: social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

Apologies if this sounds like a stupid question but have you downloaded and run ME2_Zaeed.exe to install Zaeed and his mission? You just say you've activated the Cerberus network, but Zaeed is DLC and all the Cerberus network is really doing is giving you access to the 4 or 5 free DLC packs - you still need to download and install them. Again, sorry if you realise this and you have downloaded and installed it, and if that's the case he won't show up on the computers in the main menu screen but if you simply start the game and go to Omega you'll find him beating the crap out of a Batarian at the end of the first corridor when you leave the ship and just before you get to Omega's main door.
