I need a new game, but I can only afford one.  The Witcher 2 seems really good, but after ME3, which was emotionally draining, I really just want something that has great combat and most importantly is fun to play.  Dark Souls is intriguing, but I get the sense its uber difficult and dark and I'm not sure I want something thats stressful to play.  Reckoning seems fun, but is it worth the price?

Anyone have any input on how these titles stack up to one another?  Critic reviews are useless.....Or if anyone has any other recommendations.  If only Skyrim had good combat I'd just stick with that but the mechanics of Bethesda games I find turrible.

Witcher 2 is a fantastic game, I still load up Dark Souls now and then - play for about 4 hours, make 20 minutes worth of progress. Rage, and then wait two weeks before repeating.
